Try a personal trainer session
Most people who train with a PT say they work much harder and feel more motivated than when they exercise alone. A good PT will guide you towards the best workouts to achieve your fitness goals and ensure you get fit with sessions that are safe and enjoyable.
Take rest days

A day or two of rest after a hard workout session can really help your body adapt to your new regime and could actually help you get fitter faster than trying to exercise every day.
