Okay so its now half way through February christmas is done and new year seems as if it was 6 months ago and so does our new years resolution. Over half of the people I have come into contact with after new year told me that this was it! this was the year they went on that diet, stuck to it and got their perfect body. My reaction? Sit there smiling and agreeing, my real thoughts however I cannot repeat.
Everyone says this, "Its new year now, on the diet I go and i AM going to stay on it until I reach my target weight, I'm going to join the gym and go 4 times a week." 3 weeks later and their sitting on the sofa eating crisps and the gym hasn't seen them since their induction.
I ask myself what is the point? You shouldn't need to make an excuse of why you want to join the gym it should be a must! everyone should be at a gym as far as I'm concerned.
So here is a tip, forget the new years resolution. Go stand in front of the mirror and ask yourself am I happy?
