Fitness Rocks is still a work-in-progess (hence the Beta label) and we aim to please, so I hope you'll take a minute to share what you think of the site. I know the forum could be improved and I'm keen to hear just how you'd like us to make it better.

Good work getting FR up and running.  Drop the beta tag.  Liking the kit reviews and various beginner's guides.  A regular podcast for iPhone download is a nice touch too.

My only (minor) gripe is the

My only (minor) gripe is the way the forum is laid out. Posts about workouts, training programmes or explanations (super recruiting anyone?) of exercises can get a bit lengthy, and the current format doesn't lend itself very well to long posts or multiple comments/replies to a thread. 

Otherwise, many thanks for all the effort that's gone in to the site already. A real breadth of info, and interested to see what happens next!

Liking the articles and the blogs. Site also seems to hit a range of audiences pretty well.

Can't think of any way to improve, to be honest...maybe some way for users to update training logs and compare notes/get advice?
