Hi everyone, can someone help me with a bit of training advice? I know lots of exercises for building up muscles in my arms and chest and i am already well muscled in my upper body but my legs are starting to look skinny and thin in comparison. what are the best exercises to get bigger calfs and thighs?

Hi Booboo, don't worry there's lots you can do for legs. The best moves are squats, lunges, split squats and calf raises. Just hold heavy weights to build more bulk (obviously, paying careful to form above all). Get an instructor or someone in your gym to give you a hand the first time to make sure you do the moves safely. HTH
