Not sure - weight's not really something I worry too much about. As I'm very active, it means my BMIs actually over 26, but that's all muscle (srsly!).
However, as I've less time for excercise now, do need to make sure I don't stick to eating enough for 5 capoeira classes, two excercise classes and an hour of running a week!
