Review: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12

Personal trainer, Si Tate gives his verdict on Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12 running shoes.

Having used Brooks in the past, I decided to go Brooks again with their latest running shoe, the Adrenaline GTS 12.

Straight out of the box the shoes were comfortable to wear, they seemed to mould perfectly to my feet and it really made a difference right away. I'm guessing this is thanks to the BIOMOGO midsole which gave my foot plenty of stability and cushioning.

 

 

Brooks have added an asymmetrical saddle to the Adrenaline GTS 12 which helps support the midfoot, along with a Heel Caterpillar Tech and Bull Flextra which ensured I didn't put too much force through the foot on landing and take off.

 

 

The enhanced support meant that not only did I get through the run pain free but I also didn't have any pain after running where I often suffer as well.

 

 

I have been working and running in these for four weeks now and I have had no further problems, I would definitely recommend these to anyone requiring a stability running shoe.
